The Bridgnorth Lions Walk and Marathon is only possible because of the many people who help us on the day. This includes our registration team, marshals, water station volunteers, local running clubs, first aiders and many others. We also rely on the facilities provided by Bridgnorth Town Council, Shropshire Council, Viscount Boyne, Clee St Margaret Parish Council and Ditton Priors Village Hall committee. In addition many residents along the route provide essential facilities for the Walkers and Runners and our marshals.

Planning for the Walk and Marathon starts in the previous September and there are many ways in which you could contribute to the organising and running of this wonderful event. We are keen to bring in new volunteers on the day and if you feel this is something you would like to be involved with please get in touch.
